A.P. Gooch Limited are Structural Waterproofing Contractors specialising in both Cavity Drain Membrane Systems and Cementitious Waterproofing Applications.
We are proud to have been approved designers and installers of Newton, Delta and Wykamol waterproofing systems for over a decade and have completed several hundred successful waterproofing systems for our many commercial and domestic clients. Our client portfolio includes many leading and award winning national companies who because of our knowledge and expertise invite us to work with them on buildings of historical and cultural significance.
We are also employed by the private sector directly, builders, architects, numerous other commercial clients and both manufactures and insurers the latter for the purpose of system correction and repair after system failure which has been applied by others, such is our knowledge and expertise.
We are a relatively small company employing between ten and twelve people at any given time and are thus able to provide a personal and friendly service with client consideration and satisfaction being a main priority.
Because of our size and efficiency we are able to offer very competitive installation prices.
We cover all areas throughout the South of England, the majority of our work is within London, the surrounding counties (Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Bucks), South East and Anglia. We also offer nationwide coverage for our longstanding clients.
All of our basement waterproofing installations are designed and Installed in accordance with B.S.8102:20222 (The British Standard Code of Practice for protection of structures against water from the ground), by our fully qualified staff with over 20 years experience in the waterproofing sector.
Our Managing Director is Adam Vickers CSRT, CSSW, who specifies and/or approves the proposed systems, monitors the work during progression and confirms satisfaction upon completion. Adam was previously an Area Manager for one of the largest damp-proofing companies in the UK.
