School Gym, London
The Gym in the this London school is below ground level and was suffering extensive damp problems as a result. AP Gooch fixed sheet membrane to all retaining walls and installed a basement pump to take away the excess water.

Special Needs School in Berkshire
Existing Basement was used as a Gym and Basketball court. Unfortunately the existing exterior tanking system failed causing heavy water ingress and flooding of basement.
AP Gooch Fitted a cavity Drain Membrane System with Sump Chambers to take away any water ingress. The walls were battened and lined with 22mm ply and painted white The floor screeded and specialist rubber coated floor laid in December 2010.
The Students can now resume playing Basketball without dodging the puddles of water!
