A P Gooch Ltd were awarded this large 1000 sqm project in Stevenage to turn this disused damp and wet basement into a dry habitable space using the Newton 508 cavity drain system utilising 3 Titan pro sump chambers linked to drainage channel and there new waterproof insulation Board with Newton 508 over the the floor.
The Concrete was sealed using Newton lime inhibitor.
This project was completed in less than 4 weeks and on Budget.
